I HIGHLY recommend Nova Consulting. Thomas is knowledgeable and experienced, and provides extraordinary service. He was patient answering my questions and explaining the ins and outs of roofing. Above all, not only did he inspect my roof to help me with a replacement decision, he visited my house 2 more times, once to meet with the claims adjuster and a subsequent time to check my roof after a bad windstorm. He is fantastic!

I had some reservations about hiring any roofer inspector as this is something I know nothing about. Tommy from NOVA consulting was very detailed and transparent in his findings with my roof that was damaged by the storm. We called Thomas because we just had a new roof installed and it was done improper and very poorly. We needed to get it inspected by a licensed inspector, Thomas came out the next day after I called him. He was very thorough and very informative. He spent extra time explaining everything and went over all the details of his inspection. I would highly recommend his services if you ever need a roof inspection.

We woke up to a leaking ceiling on a Sunday morning. By Wednesday we had 2 roofing companies tell us we needed a new roof ASAP for $10k or more… NOVA Rooftek came out on Friday afternoon to offer us an unbiased opinion. They repaired us up to prevent further leaking and told us our roof is in good enough condition for another 2-3 years (thank you for providing us with some time save up for it!). Thank goodness for their inspection and honest feedback!

We called Thomas Valera because we had a leak in our roof around the plumbing vent. He responded promptly and made a complete diagnosis of the problem. He returned the next day to repair the leak. All of his work from beginning to end was very thorough and professional. He documented the problem and all the steps he took to correct it with photos which was very helpful. I highly recommend his roofing repair service.
